Create theme brand assets
Brand assets package and guidelines are available for anyone working with the Zendesk brand. It contains all the Zendesk brand identity assets – product logos, wordmarks, and various logomark sizes as well as usage guidelines.
Theme marketing assets
You should prepare the following files below for uploading when submitting or uploading a theme.
Theme hero image
The hero image must meet the following requirements:
- PNG file format
- Filename convention image.png
- Image size 700px X 520px
- The image has no rounded corners
Note: Please don't use Zendesk trademarks (original or modified) in any theme hero images.
Screenshots
You must provide 3-25 images when submitting a theme. Zendesk uses the screenshots in your theme listing on the Zendesk Marketplace.
The screenshots must meet the following requirements:
- PNG file format
- Image size less than 500 KB
- Images have no rounded corners
- Images have no padding and are full bleed
