Offline Messaging allows your users to leave an offline message when no agents are online directly from the live chat component.
Attachments makes is easy for your users to send and receive files for an enhanced support experience, without having to leave the chat flow.
With the Chat ratings component, you can quickly gain insight on the chat experience your users are receiving without followup emails or external surveys.
This component enables users to request a transcript of their most recent chat interaction be automatically sent to their registered email account.
