Introduction

This is the reference documentation for the Zendesk AI Agents API. These APIs enable you to programmatically manage AI-powered conversations, ticket workflows, escalations to human agents, data exports, and user data. With these endpoints, you can automate support processes, integrate with external platforms, and customize how AI agents interact within Zendesk.

You must have the AI agents - Advanced add-on to use these endpoints.
