The Zendesk general community is a place where you can create and comment on posts to pose questions, provide answers, or share ideas. You can access the developer community from the general community, or through the direct links here:
Anyone can view the forums. To post, you must sign in with your Zendesk ID.
Your profile contains information on your community activity, so you can easily see the conversations you’re in, the threads you’re following, and the badges you’ve earned.
To follow posts that interest you without having to check for new activity, click the Follow button in the upper-right corner of the post. The button turns blue and you’ll receive an email each time the post is updated.
