Localization

Before a locale can be supported within the Zendesk SDK, it must first be set up and enabled in Support admin interface under Settings > Account > Localization > Languages.

In the Zendesk SDK, the user's locale can manually be set via the Zendesk Prefab or set to automatically detect and display the user's locale based off their device settings. In the event where a user's locale is not supported either by the Zendesk SDK or through your own supported set of languages as configured in the Support admin interface, the Zendesk SDK will default back to your pre-configured default help center locale.

The following locales are supported:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Bulgarian
  • Czech
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • English (US)
  • Finnish
  • French
  • German
  • Greek
  • Hungarian
  • Indonesian
  • Italian
  • Norwegian
  • Polish
  • Romanian

  • Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese)
