Admin settings

You can configure the Unity SDK on the Mobile SDK page in Support at https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/agent/admin/mobile_sdk.

You must be a Zendesk admin to configure the SDK in Support. If you're not an admin, ask an admin on your customer support team for help.

Unsupported settings

The Unity SDK doesn't support all the settings on the Mobile SDK page in Support. This section lists the settings on each tab of the page that are not supported.

Support SDK

The following settings are not supported on the Support SDK tab:

  • Enable Help Center Article Voting: Enables customers to vote on whether an article is helpful from within the app.
  • Zendesk Logo: Shows the Zendesk logo in your application.
  • Push Notifications: Customers receive a notification when an agent replies to one of their in-app tickets.

Rate My App

Rate My App is not supported by the Zendesk SDK for Unity.

Answer Bot

Answer Bot is not supported by the Zendesk SDK for Unity.
