Upgrading the Zendesk SDK for Unity

Overwrite Existing Installation

To upgrade Zendesk SDK for Unity, once you download the new .unitypackage file, follow the installation instructions in Getting Started: Zendesk SDK For Unity Setup. This process overwrites the existing SDK installation.

Clean Upgrade

To perform a clean upgrade, remove the existing Zendesk SDK for Unity (by removing all the files and directories associated with the SDK), and then import the new .unitypackage as explained in Getting Started. To simplify the removal process, we added a contents.txt file to the package, which lists all the files included in the Zendesk SDK For Unity package.
